Multi-advisor services supporting the implementation of Canada’s cooperation program in Mali — a support, advisory, monitoring and evaluation mission for the entire program, which totals over CAD 80 million per year.

Sourou Integrated and Sustainable Development Program (PDIDS)

Management of a governance project backed by an environmental compliance strategy supporting the Sourou Intermunicipal Association (ICS): capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, a €21M infrastructure investment fund, support for 30 communities, a young entrepreneurs network, value chain analysis.

Regional Support Project for the Sahel Irrigation Initiative

Management and advisory support for private economic operators, associations and municipalities. Irrigation solutions operator for the Koulikoro and Ségou regions (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
